Frequently Asked Questions
- What counts as a question set?
- Any worksheet you start for yourself: ten questions on what you chose, five more of a question type you just missed, or five variants of one question. Your first 7 days have no limit; on the free plan after that, your first 10 are free, then you get one more every 24 hours.
- Which currency, and is tax included?
- Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
- Who takes the payment?
- Polar, our merchant of record. It handles the card, the tax and the receipt; we never see your card details.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, under Manage billing, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your work stays in your account.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Payments are final, so use your first 7 days, which have everything, and buy once you know it works for you. The details are in the terms.
- When does the founding price end?
- It lasts as long as your subscription runs without a break on the same payment method. Cancelling, a lapse or a new card ends it.
- What is an active student?
- A student on your list who is not archived. Archive a student you have stopped teaching and their seat is free; their record stays.
- Do my students need an account?
- No. Each works from a private link with no email or password. A student who wants a login can link their own account to your list, and you keep seeing their whole record.
- Can a student practise on their own?
- They practise everything you assign under your plan. Starting sets of their own needs a plan of their own.
- What if I add a student mid-month?
- The new seat is charged only for the rest of that billing period.
- How does the trial work?
- 30 days with everything included. A credit card is required to start; the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Payments are final, which is why the trial comes first. The details are in the terms.
