- What is an active student?
- A student on your list who is not archived. Archive a student you have stopped teaching and their seat is free; their record stays.
- Do my students need an account?
- No. Each works from a private link with no email or password. Anyone holding the link can open that student's work, so share it only with the student.
- Where do the questions come from?
- A bank checked by an independent second solve and reviewed by people, first. When a student has used the bank's questions of a type, new ones are written for them.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Payments are final, which is why the trial comes first. The details are in the terms.
